How We Started
In the beginning, we were just a small team of dreamers who believed there had to be a better way. We started with research, listening to people’s struggles. Some were tired of rising rent. Others wanted to build a cabin or a retreat but didn’t know where to start. Many just wanted a simpler path to home ownership.

We asked ourselves: What if we could bring people ready-to-build solutions that cut through the noise? What if we could give families homes that are affordable, stylish, and quick to set up—without losing quality? That’s how “Prefab-houses LLC” was born.
